There is an adventurer outside with armor, i want to make her better armor but how?

I have looked everywhere for the ice crystal but couldn't find it. Is it even obtainable?

ok I tried 32 bit, same thing happened :/

Does that mean I should use 32 Bit even though I have 64 bit operating system and 8 gb of ram?

stuck in a black screen I reinstalled blacksmith shop, but the black screen is after "powered by unreal engine". I thought it might be loading but I gave it one hour and nothing had happened and it said not responding on task manager. i reopened it over and over but got the same result

and this is REALLY annoying because my little blacksmith shop is my FAVORITE GAME so PLEASE HELP!
